Offs and Ons of Integrity

I hope we can use this space for more than announcements and links. I am working on getting a justice focused hymn posted, and asked Chalice's Poet Laureate to give us something beautiful about justice. He came through and here it is:

Offs and Ons of Integrity

Twenty four years ago black
farmers lost their land. Now I’m
helping a white woman keep
her terrain. A remembrance
in a speech given by a black
woman in March. Obviously
innocent pieces were torn out,
put on-line as unfit for a regime’s
worker. A strain for all, but
is made straight for Justice in
a White House union – free
speech stands while she allows
a president to sit and wonder.
